Please note that the buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes charged at customs. For sales online I use PayPal. For commissions I will contact you first before we agree to go ahead with a payment.

Postcards and greetings cards will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared, usually within 3 business days. For larger prints and originals please expect to wait a further week, excluding bank holidays, to take into account the time it takes to print the image (for prints) and mount it (both prints and originals). This does not include the length of postage time.

Great care will be taken to package your item(s), to make sure they are not damaged through postage.

Normally I use Royal Mail’s Parcel Force express48 courier service.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will try and fix the problem.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty/damaged, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.

For commissions and other original paintings, please note that I am selling you the painting and not the copyright to the painted image which I retain.

Paintings and prints are sent unframed but mounted which means they are strong and protected, ready to put in a frame of your choice.
