Payment
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes charged at customs. For sales online I use PayPal. For commissions I will contact you first before we agree to go ahead with a payment.
Shipping
Postcards and greetings cards will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared, usually within 3 business days. For prints please expect to wait up to two weeks, excluding bank holidays, as each print is printed to order. This does not include the length of postage time.
Great care will be taken to package your item(s), to make sure they are not damaged through postage.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will try and fix the problem.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty/damaged, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.

For commissions and other original paintings, please note that I am selling you the painting and not the copyright to the painted image which I retain.
Paintings and prints are sent unframed which means they are safer in postage and I've found customers prefer this option as you can choose a frame of your own taste once you do come to frame it.
